Defendant-Appellant Jeffrey L. Murray was found guilty by a jury in Hamilton Superior Court of the crimes of [Count I] dealing in cocaine, a class B felony, and [Count II] maintaining a common nuisance, a class D felony. He subsequently was sentenced by the trial court to a term of sixteen years imprisonment on Count I and to four years imprisonment on Count II, both sentences to run concurrently.
